Introducing our newly designed One-Touch Electric Attic Stairway at the 2017 Sunbelt Builders
Show in Dallas.

To accommodate customers requesting a 54″ rough opening, the circuit board, electronic latch
and original motor board have been replaced by a USA made gear motor which is mounted on
the panel. Operation of the stairway is with a toggle switch.

– Rough opening of 54″ (up to 12′) or 65″ (8 -16′) X 22.5″, 25.5″ or 30″
– Mounted toggle switch for safe extension/retraction

Just back from the 2017 International Builders Show (IBS) in Orlando.  We appreciated the great organization by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and enjoyed a fun, successful show.  We were busy in our booth from 9-5 all three days and loved meeting builders, contractors, architects and home owners from all over the country and several foreign countries.  IBS 2018 is back in Orlando the same week next year.  Hope to see you there!

One-Touch Electric Attic Stairway will be represented for a fifth consecutive year at the
International Builders Show (IBS) 2017 in Orlando, Florida, January 10-12th. We look forward
to visiting with many old friends and meeting new ones. Please stop by our booth in the North
Hall at W7094, if you attend the show. The inventor of One Touch will be ready and willing to
answer any of your questions.

The new home of One-Touch manufacturing is at Son-Lan Industries, Inc. in Waxahachie,
Texas. We are very excited to announce that eLAIR ENTERPRISES, LLC WILL be working with
experienced technical experts who besides assembling One-Touch will also be manufacturing
parts for this made in the USA product! We are happy to be back in Texas which is central to
the entire country for shipping One-Touch.

It is always great fun to be with our builder friends in Texas!  This great event will be held at the Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine, Texas on August 3-4.  Hope to meet many new Texas builders and home owners there!

Many builders have recommended that we share our One-Touch information with architects who often are responsible for placing the attic stairway opening in new construction.  We look forward to attending this show for the first time in Philadelphia on May 19-21.

Returning to Houston on March 12-13 for our third show at the beautiful Marriott Convention Center in the Woodlands.  This is always a large event with attendees from all over the surrounding Houston area.

Our One-Touch automatic attic stairway will return for our 2nd IDEA Show in Philadelphia on February 24, 2016.
