Stairway install finally completed.  It exceeds my expectations.  Only wish I had done this sooner.

I love, love the system!  I was shocked at how sturdy it is.

These stairs are terrific!!! Our Installer likes them so much, he plans to put them in his house too. It took him about two (2) hours with the help of his son to install the one in our Garage and only thirty (30) minutes for the one in our closet. Even our electrician who installed the toggle switches wants to put one in the house he building. The things I like about them is the solid feel. Plus when the stairs are down, the four (4) inch wide steps align with the other four (4) inch steps so you end up with a very steady eight (8) inch wide steps to walk up and down into the attic. Additionally, the electric motor is very strong to lower and raise the stairs. I discovered while researching these stairs that the inventor also designs Thrust Reversers for Gulfstream Jets which I use to fly. For all of you non-Aviator Types, Thrust Reversers are used as Cam-Shell Doors on the back of jet engines that help the airplane slow down after landing. Thrust Reversers are like a Timex Watch, they take a licking and keep on ticking. And I can tell from the engineering quality and design that’s gone into the Stairs, that they do also. The other thing I really admire about the stairs is the Installation and Operators Manuel. The Manuel is written very much like an aircraft manual, very easy to read with the appropriate Warnings and Limitations written so that they’re easy to understand and remember. The Toggle Switch is an item that my wife wanted. But I really like the convenience of the Remote Control Switch. You can stand anywhere while the stairs are lowered or raised. Two (2) remotes come with the stairs and the battery is a long lasting CR2032 Car Remote Type Battery that’s easy to change too. When delivered, the Stairs are crated extremely well. It took me about 45 minutes with the correct tools to uncrate these puppies. But it was worth it. Over all, I give the One Touch Electric Attic Stair Five (5) Stairs. What a great product.

Salley and I just went up to the attic this afternoon (once again!) and wanted to affirm our 'One-Touch' is still a wonderment in our home! Everyone that sees it operating thinks that it is the most amazing thing...ever! We 'finished' our attic with sheetrock & platform storage and it now serves us well. Just wanted you to know how MUCH we use and appreciate your ingenuity.

I just wanted to drop a note to you. We just installed the One Touch Stairway yesterday and I wanted to compliment you on your great product! We have installed many attic ladders and yours is the best by far in many ways. The best construction of I have ever seen, everything square and intact. The electrical for the motor was neat and tidy. The installation went very quickly and we had no issues whatsoever.

I LOVE these stairs and have no idea how I ever lived without them.  They are the best and only way anyone should access their attic.  Sturdy, quiet and simple to use.  Please thank your husband for inventing and designing them!
